X-treme™ 401G12 is part of a two component, solvent free, spray applied polyurea structural coating system. The second component is Ultrathane 501-150. The combination of the two components through a suitable spray dispensing machine produces a polyurea elastomer. This polyurea system has been designed to have improved overcoating times tested up to five hours. It has a hardness range of Shore D55-58 when correctly processed, giving an un-notched tear strength of 110-120 N/mm.
